We grew up in Ogden and LOVE spending our time in the outdoors.  Brian worked for Powder Mountain for 21 years and got to know most of the homeowners on the Mountain while working there.

When we started this company we recognized a need in the Ogden Valley rental market for a property management company that was truly customer service driven. We could see that homeowners wanted to work with a property manager that would put the same amount of care and effort into the success of their real estate investment as they would.
